MPS Limited announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on April 17, 2018, Mr. Ambarish Raghuvanshi was appointed as an Independent Director to hold office for a period of five (5) years with effect from May 1, 2018 to April 30, 2023 based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting on April 17, 2018. The above appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company. Presently engaged as an Angel Investor and mentor to various start-ups. He was CFO/Finance Director of Info Edge (India) Ltd. from 2000 to 2014.
