The board of directors of MS Concept Limited announced that the shareholders of the company and potential investors that the lease of the premises of the restaurant operated under the brand ‘Sky Bar' located at Yoho Mall in Yuen Long, Hong Kong (the Restaurant') expired in July 2020. After due consideration and review of business performance of the Restaurant, the Group decided not to renew the lease of the premises and returned the premises to the landlord. Subsequent to the closure of the Restaurant, the Group will continuously operate 11 restaurants serving various cuisines in Hong Kong.
