Musashi Seimitsu Industry Co., Ltd. (TSE:7220) agreed to acquire Asada Katan Chutetsusho, K.K on October 1, 2018. Under the terms of the transaction, Musashi Seimitsu Industry will acquire 0.9 million shares of Asada Katan Chutetsusho. The transaction is expected to close on October 19, 2018.
