Results of shareholder analysis

MySQUAR, the Myanmar-language social media, entertainment and payments platform whose principal activity is to design, develop and commercialise Myanmar-focused internet-based mobile applications, announces that, further to the Company's announcement of 25 June 2018 and analysis of depositary interest holdings, the Company is aware of the following significant shareholders, being those with an interest in over 3% of the outstanding share capital of the Company as at 29 May 2018.

1- this illustrative figure reflects the recent increase in share capital to 864,346,128 ordinary shares as at 18 July 2018 (from 689,141,265 as at 29 May 2018) and after the cancellation of previously issued Direction Notices noted below, but reflects the holders interest as at 29 May 2018.

2- entities controlled by Mr. S. Kumizawa giving Mr. Kumizawa an aggregate interest in 84,545,983 ordinary shares representing 12.3% of the shares in issue as at 29 May 2018

3- below disclosure threshold

4- further to the announcement of 15 June 2018, as at 30 May 2018, Atlas Special Opportunities LLC ceased to own a disclosable holding

Direction Notices

The Company will shortly be issuing notices to certain registered holders of depositary interests representing an aggregate 122,193,130 ordinary shares in the Company (approximately 14.1 per cent of the current issued share capital) ('Restricted Holders') cancelling the voting restrictions previously placed on Restricted Holders as set out in the Company's announcement of 25 June 2018.

Total Voting Rights

As of 18 July 2018 the Company's issued share capital comprises 864,346,128 ordinary shares of no par value each with one vote, none of which are held in treasury.

The above figure of 864,346,128 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company in accordance with the Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association.
