Kreido Biofuels, Inc. (OTCPK:KRBF) signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire Meihekou Zhongcheng Yinxin Photovoltaic Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd. on April 25, 2019. In related transactions, Kreido Biofuels, Inc. (OTCPK:KRBF) also signed memorandum of understandings to acquire 100% stake in Jiangsu Baimoxin New Energy Co., Ltd. and Shainhai Mianzhao New Energy Co., Ltd. on April 25, 2019. The transaction is subject to definitive agreement be completed within six months of memorandum of understanding.
