Nanya Technology Corporation announced that Board of Directors resolved to establish a risk management committee and appoint the committee members, Ching-Chyi Lai, Independent Director of NTC, Chair Professor of Chung Hua University, Shu-Po Hsu, Independent Director of NTC, Vice Chairman of General Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of China, Tsai-Feng Hou, Independent Director of NTC, Former President of Former Ta Chong Securities Co. Ltd. Lin-Chin Su, Director and Executive Vice President of NTC and Joseph Wu, Director and Vice President of NTC. Effective date of appointment is November 4, 2020.
Nanya Technology Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the development, manufacture and sales of memory products. The Company operates through Japan segment, United Stated segment, manufacture segment and other segment four business segments. The Manufacture segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of semiconductor products, and the Japanese and United States segments are engaged in the sale of semiconductor products.
