NASCON Allied Industries Plc. hereby announces as follows:

Period Ended	31 December 2023
Date of	Annual	The AGM will be held on 23 May, 2024.
General Meeting
Interim Dividend	An interim dividend of 100 kobo per ordinary was approved
and paid on 17 November 2023.
Final Dividend	Not applicable
Proposed Bonus	2 new ordinary shares of 50 kobo to every 100 existing
ordinary shares, subject to the appropriate approvals.
Closure	of	The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 6 May to 8
Register		May 2024 (both days inclusive).
Qualification Date	3 May, 2024
		Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members
Payment Date	as at the close of business on 3 May, 2024 will benefit from
		the bonus.
		Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend
E-Dividend		registration are advised to complete the Registrar's E-
	Mandate Activation Form, which is available in the Annual
Registration
Report and at www. meristemregistrars.com and submit it to
		the Registrar or their respective banks.
Unclaimed		Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates
	that have remained unclaimed, been returned for validation
