Nasu Denki-Tekko Co., Ltd. (TSE:5922) signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 95% stake in Aizu-Gaisi Co.,Inc. from Tohoku Electric Power Company, Incorporated (TSE:9506) on February 21, 2020. Nasu Denki-Tekko will acquire 33.8% stake in Aizu-Gaisi by March 31, 2020 and 61.2% stake by March 31, 2021.

NASU DENKI-TEKKO CO.,LTD. is a Japan-based company engaged in the electricity and communication-related businesses, construction and road-related business, as well as insulator and resin-related business. The Company operates in three business segments. The Electricity and Communication-related segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of steel towers and steel structures, steel poles, wiring hardware and underground line materials, among others. The Construction and Road-related segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of steel frames, steel structures and road facilities and equipment, as well as the undertaking of construction works and subcontracted processing of hot dip galvanizing products.
