National Agricultural Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Shum Wan Lung as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee

The Board of National Agricultural Holdings Limited announced that Mr. Shum Wan Lung has resigned from his office as an independent non-executive director of the company to pursue other career interests, with effect from 31 December 2014. Mr. Shum has also ceased to be a member of the audit committee, nomination committee and remuneration committee of the Board simultaneously with his resignation as independent non-executive director of the company on 31 December 2014.
