Appointed Member Name is MR. Khalid bin Saad Saleh Al-Sabti - Chairman of the Committee. He holds a bachelor?s degree in accounting sciences and a master?s degree in finance.
He holds the Saudi Fellowship of Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA), the American Fellowship of Certified Public Accountants (CPA), and the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification. He has accumulated experience in internal audit, risk management, financial management and chartered accounting. MR. Bandar bin Suliman Al-Bohairy and MR. Abdulaziz Mohammed Ali Al-Suwailem appointed as members.
MR. Bandar bin Suliman Al-Bohairy holds a bachelor's degree in accounting sciences. He has accumulated experience in the fields of accounting, finance, auditing, corporate governance, regulations and business development. MR. Abdulaziz Mohammed Ali Al-Suwailem holds a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in business administration.
