National Electronics Holdings Limited announced that Dr. Samson Sun, M.B.E., J.P., an independent non-executive Director, the chairman of each of the audit and risk management committee and the remuneration committee of the Company, as well as a member of the nomination committee of the Company, passed away on 28 November 2021.
