The funds raised through capital increase, of which CNY 197,333,333 is included in the registered capital of the company.
The transaction was approved by the eleventh meeting of the second session of the board of directors to review the "Proposal on capital increase to holding subsidiaries and related transactionsâ€. The transaction of capital increase need to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for consideration.
