National Waste Management Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:NWMH) entered into a letter of intent to acquire Gateway Rolloff Services, L.P. from National Waste Management, Inc. and PDA Management Corp. for $3.5 million on November 1, 2015. National Waste Management Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:NWMH) entered into a partnership interest purchase agreement to acquire 50% stake in Gateway Rolloff Services, L.P. from PDA Management Corp. for $1.38 million on November 23, 2015. National Waste Management Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:NWMH) entered into a partnership interest purchase agreement to acquire 50% stake in Gateway Rolloff Services, L.P. from National Waste Management, Inc. for $2 million on December 1, 2015. Pursuant to the terms of the transaction, National Waste Management Holdings agreed to pay PDA Management $0.45 million in cash and 0.75 million in shares of common stock and issued 1.65 million shares of common stock to National Waste Management, Inc. The transaction is subject to execution of employment agreement, approval by Board of Directors of National Waste Management Holdings and other conditions.
