RNL Natural Life Co., Ltd. and Jeong-Chan Rah acquired 9.27% stake in RNL Sammi Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A007390) from Ji-Taek Kim for KRW 2.7 billion on March 12, 2013. Ji-Taek Kim sold 2.7 million shares at the price of KRW 1,000 per share and reduces his holding to 4.34 million shares in RNL Sammi. RNL Natural Life Co., Ltd. acquired 1.7 million shares and increased its holding to 3 million shares in RNL Sammi Co., Ltd. Jeong-Chan Rah, Chief Executive Officer of RNL Sammi, acquired 1 million shares of RNL Sammi Co., Ltd.
