NDR Auto Components Limited is an India-based company that is primarily engaged in the manufacturing, fabricating, and assembling of every kind of automotive components, including seats, spare parts, and components for the seats and to deal in each kind of activity associated with the manufacture and trading of any kind of components. The Company is engaged in the production and manufacturing of seat frames and trims for four-wheeler and two-wheeler vehicles and other accessories relating to car seats. The Company has four manufacturing facilities of which two are located at Gurugram, one at Ramanagara District, near Bengaluru and a new manufacturing facility at Surendranagar, Gujarat for manufacturing of seat frames and trims. Its products include four-wheeler seat frames, two-wheeler seat frames, body in white (BIW) parts, four-wheeler seat covers, and two-wheeler seat covers.
