The Board of Directors of Neo Group Limited referred to its announcement dated 6 January 2021 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition of Property by its joint venture company, NNB 8 Development Pte. Ltd. Further to the Previous Announcement, the Board announced that the Proposed Acquisition of Property by NNB 8 has been completed on 8 April 2021.
