Sale of treasury shares

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), one of Europe's top players in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring used in interior design, listed in the STAR segment organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces the completion today of the bulk sale, to an institutional investor, of no. 120,000 treasury shares, i.e., all the treasury shares held by the Company, at a price of € 4.36 per share (with a rebate of 5% on the average of the closing values for September 29, 30, and October 1, 2021), for a total consideration of € 523,200.

Following the disposal, the Company does not hold any additional treasury shares and the free float amounts to 38,4%.
