• Procedure reopens for listing of Neodecortech shares and warrants on the MTA, possibly STAR Segment.

Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), one of Europe's top players in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring used in interior design, listed on AIM Italia, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Borsa Italiana"), following the disclosure on 17 March 2020, announces the reopening today of the procedure for the admission to listing of the shares and "WARRANT NEODECORTECH 2018- 2021" on the MTA, possibly STAR Segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

In this regard, it should be recalled that the Company had been forced on 17 March 2020 to withdraw its application for the admission to trading submitted to Borsa Italiana S.p.A. in order to make some necessary changes to the prospectus to reflect the COVID-19-related events and impacts that had, inter alia, led to the decision to suspend production activities at the Filago (BG) plant.

The Company will promptly notify the market of the appropriate updates regarding the listing process.
