Neodecortech purchased 5,300 shares of its own common stock

(Alliance News) - Neodecortech Spa reported Friday that it purchased 5,363 of its own ordinary shares between Oct. 23 and Oct. 27.

The shares were taken over at an average unit price of EUR2.9534, for a total consideration of EUR15,839.00.

To date, the company holds 247,000 treasury shares, representing 1.7 percent of its share capital.

Neodecortech's stock closed Friday in the red by 4.0 percent at EUR2.88 per share.
