Yijifen E-commerce Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 140 million in equity funding from existing investor Besttone Holding Co.,Ltd (SHSE:600640) on August 27, 2020. Investor will retain 100% stake in the company. The registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 10 million to CNY 150 million. The third meeting of the tenth session of the board of directors of the company approved the transaction and does not need to be reviewed and approved by the general meeting of shareholders.
