NewHold Investment Corp. II is a blank check company. The Company is formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. It may pursue an acquisition opportunity in any business, industry, sector or geographical location, its focus is on industries that complement its management teams background, and to capitalize on the ability of its management team to identify and acquire a business. It intends to source business combination opportunities with industrial technology businesses with particular emphasis on those that align with several themes commonly referred to as Industry 4.0. The Company neither engages in any business operations nor generates any revenues.
