Ankostar Hellas Holding Single Member Societe Anonyme agreed to acquire the remaining 23.56% stake in Newsphone Hellas S.A. (ATSE:NEWS) for €3.1 million on September 21, 2020. Under the terms of the transaction, Ankostar will acquire the shares at €0.47 per share.
