Regarding NEX Point Public Company Limited ("the Company") had offered newly issued ordinary shares details as
follows:
1. Private Placement in amount of 1,070,000,000 shares at the offering price of Baht 2.20 per share (par value is Baht 1 per share) and received net proceeds on July 24, 2020 in the amount of Baht 2,344.5 million (after deduction of relevant fees and expenses).
The Company hereby reports the utilization of the proceeds as of June 30,2022 as follows:
