The Company is engaged in the exploration for and development of petroleum and natural gas properties, principally in Alberta, Canada and Texas, United States. Its projects include Stockdale Horizon, Lavernia, Wooden Horse, PRI Projects and DCRC Project. The Stockdale Horizon project is located in Wilson County, Texas. The Lavernia project is located in Wilson and Guadalupe Counties, Texas. The Wooden Horse project is located in Guadalupe County, Texas. The Wooden Horse has approximately four leases totaling over 500 acres in the Kingsbury field. The DCRC Project is located in Duval County, Texas. It has approximately five leases totaling 896 acres in the Piedre Lumbre and Petrox-Government Wells fields. The PRI project is located in Atascosa, Bexar and Medina Counties, Texas.
