An unknown buyer executed purchase and sale agreement to acquire The Tigard Property from NexPoint Hospitality Trust (TSXV:NHT.U) for $24.5 million on August 19, 2022. In related transactions an unknown buyer executed purchase and sale agreement to acquire Beaverton Property from NexPoint Hospitality Trust (TSXV:NHT.U) on August 19, 2022; and an unknown buyer executed purchase and sale agreement to acquire Vancouver Property from NexPoint Hospitality Trust (TSXV:NHT.U) on August 19, 2022. The combined purchased price is of $43.6 million. The Company expects these transactions to close at the end of the third quarter, with the possibility of an extension to close in October 2022. The Company will use the proceeds from the sale to pay down the outstanding debt on the DoubleTree Portfolio.

An unknown buyer cancelled the acquisition of The Tigard Property from NexPoint Hospitality Trust (TSXV:NHT.U) on September 30, 2023. The REIT is still actively marketing the Tigard property and hopes to complete the sale of the property before year-end.
