NF V Acquisitions, LLC entered into an agreement to acquire Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Nashville from NexPoint Hospitality Trust (TSXV:NHT.U) for $120 million.

NF V Acquisitions, LLC entered into an agreement to acquire Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Nashville from NexPoint Hospitality Trust (TSXV:NHT.U) for $120 million on August 11, 2023. The consideration will be in cash. Proceeds of the transaction will be used to repay indebtedness related to the Tennessee Property and to potentially fund future acquisitions of real property.

Closing of the transaction is subject to the review of the TSX Venture Exchange. The sale of the Tennessee Property is expected to close in December 2023. Proceeds of the transaction will be used to repay indebtedness related to the Tennessee Property and to potentially fund future acquisitions of real property.
