Nexstar Media Group, Inc. announced that on January 16, 2024, I. Martin Pompadur gave notice to the company and its Board of Directors of his intent not to stand for re-election as a director. Mr. Pompadur will serve his remaining term but will resign from the Board and as chairperson of its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee at the 2024 annual meeting of stockholders of the company. Mr. Pompadur?s intention to resign from the Board is not in connection with any disagreement with the company, the company?s management or the Board on any matter related to the company?s operations, policies or practices.
