Nexteer Automotive Group Limited announced that at its AGM held on June 30, 2020, elected Mr. MILAVEC, Robin Zane as an executive director of the Company with effect from June 30, 2020. MILAVEC, Robin Zane, aged 52, was appointed as Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of the Company on July 1, 2019.
