Tikehau Capital, SALVEPAR, NextStage SCA and Medical Imaging Innovation & Investments Limited Partnership completed the acquisition of an unknown minority stake in Oodrive Group S.A.S from TIME for Growth and Keensight Capital for €65 million.

Tikehau Capital (ENXTPA:TKO), SALVEPAR, NextStage SCA (ENXTPA:NEXTS) and Medical Imaging Innovation & Investments Limited Partnership signed an agreement to acquire an unknown minority stake in Oodrive Group S.A.S from TIME for Growth and Keensight Capital for €65 million on March 31, 2017. Following the deal, the three Oodrive's founders, Stanislas de Rémur, Edouard de Rémur and Cédric Mermilliod retain a majority stake in Oodrive. Oodrive Group reported a turnover of €40 million in 2016.

François Prioux of DC Advisory acted as a financial advisor, François Poncet of Ernst & Young France acted as an accountant and Grine Lahreche of LL Berg acted as a legal advisor to Oodrive Group. Eight Advisory France acted as an accountant and Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker Europe acted as a legal advisor to TIME for Growth and Keensight Capital. Alexis Terray, Jeremie Gicquel, Nicolas Lovas, Stanislas Offroy, Allard de Waal and Etienne Bimbeau of Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker Europe acted as legal advisors to SALVEPAR and Tikehau Capital.
