Nexus Infrastructure plc Recommends Final Dividend for the Year Ended September 30, 2023, Payable on May 7, 2024

Nexus Infrastructure plc announced that Board intends to recommend the payment of a final dividend of 2.0 pence per share for the year ended 30 September 2023 (2022 £nil per share). If approved, the dividend will be paid on 7 May 2024 to Shareholders whose names appear on the register at the close of business on 5 April 2024 and the ex-dividend date is 4 April 2024.

Nexus Infrastructure plc is a United Kingdom-based provider of sustainable infrastructure. The Company's civil engineering business, Tamdown provides a range of civil engineering and infrastructure services to the United Kingdom housebuilding and commercial sectors. The services provided by the Company include earthworks, highways, substructures and basements, and installing sustainable drainage systems. It operates through two segments: Tamdown and Nexus Park. Tamdown's operations are focused on the southeast of England and London. Tamdown customers are United Kingdom housebuilders and affordable housing developers, including housing associations. Tamdown works with various quoted housebuilders. Tamdown also works alongside a number of housing associations that deliver mixed tenure developments and are focused on the affordable homes segment of the housing market.
