NGSC Limited announced that Annual General Meeting held on 30 June 2020 in relation to re-election of Mr. Miao Ming Feng as Director was not carried. Accordingly, Mr. Miao Ming Feng ceased to be a Director of the Company upon the conclusion of the AGM.
