Nice Information & Telecommunication, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A036800) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 6,000 million of its shares pursuant to a trust contract with Shinhan Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholders’ value and to stabilize the stock price. The program is valid until June 21, 2024.
As of June 21, 2023, the company had 735,978 shares in treasury within scope available for dividend and had no shares in treasury through other repurchase.
