NiHAO Mineral Resources International, Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2018. For the quarter, the company reported loss before tax was PHP 1,463,494 against PHP 937,255 a year ago. Net loss after tax was PHP 1,463,494 against PHP 937,255 a year ago. Net loss attributable to parent equity holder was PHP 1,460,311 or PHP 0.001 per basic and diluted share against PHP 931,515 or PHP 0.001 per basic and diluted share a year ago. NiHAO Mineral Resources International, Inc. is a Philippines-based mining company. The Companyâs primary purpose is to carry on the business of mining, milling, concentrating, converting, smelting, preparing for market, manufacturing, buying, selling, exchanging, and otherwise producing and dealing in nickel, chromite, and other kinds of ores, metal, minerals, and by-products. It has three mining claims located in the provinces of Zambales, Misamis Oriental and Masbate. Its Botolan Mining Claim has an approved MPSA (no. 315-2010-III) that covers approximately 5,081 hectares (ha) located in the town of Botolan, Zambales. Its subsidiary, Bountiful Geomines Inc. (BGI), has an exploration permit (EP) application with the MGB covering the Manticao Mining Claim with an area of 1,946 ha located in Manticao, Misamis Oriental. Masbate13 Philippines, Inc. (Masbate13), one of the Companyâs subsidiaries through Oregalore, Inc. (OI), has an EP, denominated as EP-V-2008-05.
