Notice of Application for Selection of
"Prime Market" in New Market Segments of the Tokyo Stock Exchange
Nihon M&A Center Holdings Inc. (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that it received the results of the initial assessment from the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter, "TSE") on July 9, 2021, which confirmed that the Company meets the listing criteria for the "Prime Market".
Based on such result, the Company resolved at its Board of Directors' Meeting held today that it will select to be listed on the "Prime Market" and apply accordingly to the TSE.
The Company will follow the procedures concerning the application for selecting the new market segment in accordance with the schedule set out by the TSE.
