(SZSE:300076) signed the share transfer letter of intent to acquire 50% stake in Kaifeng Jinsheng Thermal Power Co., Ltd. from Yeu Long Hong Limited, Jinhui (Hong Kong) Group Company Limited and Henan Jinhenghui Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. on December 28, 2019. Final transaction plan will be based on the final transaction document to be signed.
