Ningxia Zhongyin Cashmere Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000982) signed the equity transfer agreement to acquire 70% stake in Henan Wanguan Industrial Co., Ltd. from Zhao Wancang for approximately CNY 280 million on November 16, 2022. As of August 31, 2022, Henan Wanguan Industrial Co., Ltd. generated total assets of CNY 332.8 million and net assets of CNY 113.9 million. The transaction is approved by board of directors of Ningxia Zhongyin Cashmere Co., Ltd.
Ningxia Zhongyin Cashmere Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000982) completed the acquisition of 70% stake in Henan Wanguan Industrial Co., Ltd. from Zhao Wancang on December 9, 2022. Wanguan Industrial has completed the industrial and commercial change registration procedures.
