0141 GMT - Nintendo is the most mentioned company in the news over the past 12 hours, according to Factiva data, after it surprised gamers with new titles for the Switch console at its Nintendo Direct event. The company released 15 games at Nintendo Direct on Tuesday, according to Rolling Stone, which said among the surprises were "Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom," to be released in May 2023, and "GoldenEye 007," a remastered version of which the company will make available on Nintendo Switch Online, with no release date announced. Nintendo had already been one of the most mentioned companies in the Factiva data earlier Tuesday after it released record sales figures for the first three days post-launch of "Splatoon 3" on Switch.
