Nippecraft Limited Announces Cessation of Khoo Song Koon as Independent Director

Nippecraft Limited announced the cessation of Khoo Song Koon as an Independent Director. Job Title: Non-executive Chairman and Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of both the Nominating Committee and the Remuneration Committee. Reason For Cessation: Mr. Khoo Song Koon (?Mr. Khoo?) had expressed his intention to retire and will not be seeking re-election as a director of the Company at the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on 30 April 2024.

Based on its enquires, the Company's Sponsor, SAC Capital Private Limited, is satisfied that other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Mr. Khoo.
