Arif Hossain Bhuiyan intends to acquire NACS BD Co., Ltd from NACS Singapore Pte. Ltd and Nippon Air conditioning Services Co., Ltd. (TSE:4658) on December 23, 2022. A conclusive agreement will be signed in February 2023. As of December 23, 2022, the transaction was approved by board of directors of Nippon Air Conditioning Services Co., Ltd. and the transaction is expected to complete in March 2023. As on March 24, 2023, Contract date is scheduled to occur in April to May 2023. The transaction is expected to close on June 2023. Arif Hossain Bhuiyan entered into agreement to NACS BD Co., Ltd from NACS Singapore Pte. Ltd and Nippon Air conditioning Services Co., Ltd. (TSE:4658) on May 30, 2023.
