Nippon Crucible Co., Ltd. (TSE:5355) agreed to acquire SR Holdings Co., Ltd from Hiroo Shimbo for approximately ¥410 million on March 21, 2017. Nippon Crucible will acquire 0.04 million shares of SR Holdings. SR Holdings Co., Ltd reported total assets of ¥74.3 million, net assets of ¥73.7 million, operating loss of ¥1.4 million and net loss of ¥0.99 million for the year ended September 30, 2016. The transaction is resolved by the Board of Nippon Crucible Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to close on April 3, 2017.
