Nippon Prologis REIT, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the fiscal periods ending May 31, 2024 and November 30, 2024. For the period ending May 31, 2024, the company expects operating revenues of JPY 30,438 million, operating income of JPY 13,483 million and net income of JPY 12,230 million.
For the period ending November 30, 2024, the company expects operating revenues of JPY 30,860 million, operating income of JPY 13,401 million and net income of JPY 12,148 million.
