Nippon Prologis REIT, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the fiscal period ending November 30, 2023 and period ending May 31, 2024. For the period, the company expects operating revenues to be JPY 31,006 million, operating income to be JPY 13,308 million and net income to be JPY 11,969 million. Forecasted net income per unit to be JPY 4,217.
For the period May 31, 2024, the company expects operating revenues to be JPY 31,007 million, operating income to be JPY 13,201 million and net income to be JPY 11,937 million. Forecasted net income per unit to be JPY 4,205.
