Nippon Television Holdings, Inc. (TSE:9404) agreed to acquire la belle vie Inc from Alain Soulas, ZE Start 2 HK Limited, Super China (Hong Kong) Limited ,Sales Japan HK Limited and others on April 21, 2023. la belle vie Inc reported Turnover of ¥15.73 billion, Operating profit of ¥282 million and Net profit of ¥412 million in December 2022. Transaction is expected to complete on May 19, 2023.

(TSE:9404) completed the acquisition of la belle vie Inc from Alain Soulas, ZE Start 2 HK Limited, Super China (Hong Kong) Limited ,Sales Japan HK Limited and others on May 19, 2023. As a result of this capital change, the founder of the Company, Alain Soulas, will retire from the post of Representative Director, and Hiroyuki Oho will be appointed as the new Representative Director and President.
