Notice Regarding Changes to Organizational Structure
Nittobo (hereinafter the "Company") announces the following organizational changes effective as ofApril 1, 2024.
Organizational changes
The current three divisions are regrouped into five divisions.
The Research & Development Headquarters is reorganized constructively, and Technology Development Division is newly established.
Background of the change
The business environment surrounding the Company continues to change significant and is increasingly unpredictable. Accordingly, the needs of the markets and its clients have become more and more complex even in the same division. The Company is updating its organizational structure in the belief that it is essential to grasp the changes in individual markets accurately, enhance its agility, and make the best use of its capabilities, in order to achieve sustainable growth and increase corporate value.
With regard to the Research & Development Headquarters, its product development functions, which are directly linked to new products, are transferred to the relevant business divisions, and basic research and production technology development are conducted by the newly created Technology Development Division.
By rearranging the development, manufacturing, and sales functions as seen from the perspectives of its markets and clients, and by simultaneously making more speedy decisions and anticipating needs, the Company is committed to attaining the position of global No.1 niche businesses as it has declared in Big VISION 2030.
