NJS Co., Ltd. (TSE:2325) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 184,000 shares, representing 1.9% of its share capital, for ¥354.2 million. The company will repurchase its shares from Suido Asset Service Co., Ltd. The program will run until October 2, 2020. As of June 30, 2020, the company had 9,747,676 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 300,324 shares in treasury.
