Norconsult ASA (OB:NORCO) commences share repurchases on October 11, 2023, under the program mandated by shareholders in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 11, 2023. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 10% of its issued share capital. The price to be paid for repurchase should be between NOK 1 per share to NOK 200 per share.

The authorization will be valid till next Annual General Meeting but not later than June 30, 2024.
