Nordic Unmanned ASA – New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Nordic Unmanned ASA (the "Company") (Euronext Growth: NUMND) on 27 November 2023 regarding the final results of the subsequent offering of 14,968,705 new shares in the Company (the "Subsequent Offering").

The share capital increase pertaining to the Subsequent Offering has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new registered share capital is NOK 69,666,375.80, divided on 199,046,788 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.35.
