(CNSX:BRAS) entered into a share exchange agreement to acquire 25% stake in North Atlantic Aggregates Inc. from shareholders and certain mineral claim holders for CAD 0.4 million on August 23, 2022. The company to exchange for 10,000,000 common shares in the capital of the Company at a deemed price of CAD .08 per share. .

Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Claimholders have agreed to transfer their interests in 49 mineral claims (the "Claims") to NAAI prior to the closing of the Transaction.
