Nordson increases direct support to its growing BKG® pelletizers and melt delivery customer base in Italy

Alberto Bondavalli will lead the company's Italian commercial sales and service team.

MILAN, May 25, 2021: Nordson Corporation will transition Italian customers of its BKG® product range entirely to direct sales and support provided by the company's team in Italy.

Responsibility for all service to customers in Italy will lay with regional sales manager Alberto Bondavalli. He will lead the company's Italian BKG team, primarily focused on pelletizing systems, melt pumps, and filtration systems for the polymer industry.

'Alberto has been serving our customers since 2013 and brings a decade of previous experience in sales of capital equipment in the Italian plastics and packaging industry,' said Andreas Trouvain, Sales Director. 'He already knows our customer base in Italy and is well equipped to work with these companies directly and coordinate key application and technical support with our EMEA team.'
