Nortel AS announced a private placement of 4,322,223 common shares at the price of NOK 18 per share for gross proceeds of NOK 77,800,014 on April 7, 2022. The transaction included participation from Arild Hustad for 111,111 new shares, Proff Invest AS for 55,555 shares, In Decision AS for 53,324 shares, Digital Hverdag As for 11,112 shares. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the company.
